The incident happened at Les Folies d'Amour in St Peter Port
A man accused with disorderly behaviour following an incident which saw a Guernsey nightclub evacuated has had the charge against him dropped.
Francesco Biancu, 33, was charged with behaving in a disorderly manner after an incident at Les Folies d'Amour in St Peter Port that led to the club being evacuated on 9 May.

He was initially charged with making bomb hoaxes, but this was amended to the disorderly charge, which he pleaded not guilty to.
At Guernsey Magistrate's Court, the presiding officer dismissed the case, saying: "Let that be an end to it."
