The clip was posted on the White House’s official X (formerly Twitter) account early Monday, September 7. It shows Trump in a suit with Green Lantern’s glowing ring and uses the character’s well-known oath: “In brightest day, in blackest night, no evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil’s might beware my power… Green Lantern’s light!”
Trump is shown using the ring to create a wall across a desert, with a group of people visible on the other side. The video also features factories marked “American Manufacturing,” followed by scenes of U.S. military ships and aircraft. Kanye West’s “Flashing Lights” plays during the part of the video. The clip followed events from Sunday, September 6, when Trump claimed the Moon as U.S. property and the White House unveiled a new design for Space Force uniforms.
