George Clooney finally showed his son his Batman movie — and he was surprised to get back a rave review!
In a new interview with W. Magazine, the Jay Kelly star, 64, chatted about his 8-year-old twins Alexander and Ella, whom he shares with wife Amal Clooney. Asked if his kids are big fans of Halloween, Clooney revealed that his son went as Batman this year.
"Halloween's a big holiday. My son went as Batman. He hadn't seen Batman yet," Clooney said of his 1997 film Batman & Robin. "I always say to him, 'You know I was Batman.' He's always like, 'No.'"

"I don't know that he knew how profound it was when he said I wasn't Batman. A couple of weeks ago, I finally showed it to him," continued the dad of two. "It wasn't great for grown-ups, but it's great for 8-year-olds, so he loved it."
As for his daughter Ella, Clooney shared that she prefers to spookier characters over a princess.
"My daughter, meanwhile, went as a witch," he revealed. "She doesn't like all the princess stuff. She likes to be the evil witch."
This past December, Clooney's longtime friend Julia Roberts spoke with Variety for their profile on the actor. She shared about seeing Clooney transition into becoming a dad, saying it's "so special" to watch the star find his way as a parent.
"This chapter of George's life fills me with so much joy," said Roberts. "Amal is an absolute rock star. I could never conjure up a dream girl like this for George, and to watch him with his kids is so special."

Earlier in December, Clooney appeared on an episode of the New Heights podcast and opened up about his relationship with his twins. While speaking with hosts Travis and Jason Kelce, the proud dad revealed that his kids "still dig" him, but he knows it's soon going to change.
"I got 8-year-olds, and they still dig me, you know?" he said, before jokingly adding, "That's gonna change, as you know."
In response, Jason quipped that the "teenage years are coming."
"It's coming, man. And I'm telling you, dude, it's like, even at [8 years old], I've got, like, my daughter rolling her eyes now, which is a new thing," Clooney revealed. "Like, I'd say, like, 'Hey, you know, your dad's a big star,' and she just rolls her eyes."
