Halloween Baking Championship is coming back soon.

The Food Network baking competition show is premiering Monday, Sept. 14 at 9 p.m. E.T., and PEOPLE has an exclusive first look at the trailer.

“Welcome to the Museum of Unnatural History,” host John Henson says in the clip, surrounded by creepy artwork. “Where 10 talented souls will make a trove of desserts inspired by eerie exhibits.”

The show premieres with a two-hour episode exploring the setting of the competition, according to a description from the network, as Henson will lead the bakers through challenges inspired by “frightening collections like Possessed Pests, Demon Masks, and a Vault of Bones.”

In the trailer, Henson points out various haunted items like “possessed paintings,” “morbid masks” and “dreadful dolls,” as clips play of the bakers’ spooky creations inspired by the exhibits.

In the first challenge of the season, the Haunted Heat, the competitors will craft desserts “honoring their ‘Best Halloween Ever,’” with the winner taking home $1,000 and the top three bakers remaining safe in the competition.

The competitors will be judged by Stephanie Boswell, Aarti Sequeira and Zac Young on their creepy creations.

If they impress the judges, the description teases, “they may survive to see another midnight, otherwise they’ll have to bake for their lives.”

In the premiere’s “Bake for Your Life” challenge, competitors must create “Hideous Mask Desserts” inspired by masks on the set.

The show features 10 bakers competing for a $25,000 prize and the champion title.

“Everyone will have a wicked good time,” Henson promises in the trailer. “So good, we might just wake the dead.”

Food Network also released its trailer for Halloween Wars, which premieres Sept. 13.

The two-hour premiere of the “Back from the Dead” season will feature eight teams of returning champions and competitors, according to a description from the network.

“The premiere launches with two rounds of nail-biting competition, beginning with terrifying head-to-head battles that could put even the strongest teams of former champions in jeopardy,” the description says. “As the pressure rises, emotions boil over and the losing teams will face a brutal ‘Do or Die’ round two showdown where one team will be eliminated.”

The new season will feature new challenges like a “carve off,” per the show’s trailer.

Mean Girls actor Jonathan Bennett returns as host with judges Shinmin Li and Andrew Fuller.
