Karoline Leavitt can't keep away from work.

While the 28-year-old press secretary set off for maternity leave and gave birth 10 days ago, she's still committed to the MAGA cause. On May 11, the mother-of-two posted a link to moms.gov, alongside a baby emoji, on X, formerly known as Twitter. The website is for "resources, information, and help for new and expecting mothers."

The website is maintained by The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which is overseen by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Further, it does not inherently point to a specific political party, but does advertise President Donald Trump-backed programs, including the president's "Trump Accounts," which are "tax-advantaged investment accounts for U.S. citizens under the age of 18." It comes as trolls had a "weird" realization about Karoline's marriage.

Plus, it advertises TrumpRx to help facilitate family planning medically. "There are a range of medical treatments that exist to help couples build their families. For some people, addressing ovulatory dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, insulin resistance, or excess weight may improve fertility outcomes," the program stressed.

The page delves further into topics like substance use, infections, health conditions, and more. It also helps individuals identify pregnancy and health centers in their area.

Controversially, the website links to dietary guidelines presented by the U.S. Under RFK Jr., those guidelines have changed and taken on a new angle. "Eat real food," advises the website, claiming American citizens are the sickest people in comparison to the rest of the world.

The former guidelines, known largely as the food pyramid, were ditched. The recommendations were rejigged and inverted, putting a higher emphasis on meat, dairy, and oils.

Plus, the guide highlights policy plans advocated for by the Trump administration, like limits against sugars and sodas enforced upon SNAP recipients. Additionally, "The Trump Administration is updating federal procurement guidelines to ensure schools and the military serve more delicious, real food."

Karoline welcomed her second child on May 1, sharing the news on social media. "On May 1st, Viviana aka 'Vivi' joined our family, and our hearts instantly exploded with love. She is perfect and healthy, and her big brother is joyfully adjusting to life with his new baby sister. We are enjoying every moment in our blissful newborn bubble," she shared in a post on May 7.

"Thank you to everyone who reached out with prayers during my pregnancy - I truly felt them throughout the entire experience. God is Good."

Karoline embarked on her maternity leave just ahead of the birth.

Vivi is Karoline's second child, who she shares with her 60-year-old husband, Nicholas Riccio. The pair married in 2025 and welcomed their first child, Niko, in 2024.

After Niko's arrival, Karoline cut her maternity leave short. After all, his birth came just days after an assassination attempt on Trump during his presidential campaign.
