Kendall Jenner‘s reported romance with Jacob Elordi has reportedly sparked a behind-the-scenes disagreement with her mother, Kris Jenner. According to a new report, Kendall wants to keep the relationship out of the spotlight, while Kris wants to feature it on the family’s reality series.

According to RadarOnline, Kendall Jenner has become increasingly protective of her relationship with Jacob Elordi and does not want it featured on “The Kardashians.” An insider claimed the 30-year-old is pushing back against plans to include Elordi in the show’s storyline. “The problem is, if Kris wants to make it a plot line, she can just mention it herself and gossip to one of the sisters about it, so Kendall doesn’t actually have a lot of control,” the source alleged.

The insider also claimed that Kendall has threatened to step away from the reality series if future episodes include discussions about Elordi. According to the same source, Kris believes her daughter is overreacting and has argued that the family has openly discussed other relationships on the show.

The insider also claimed the momager does not see why Elordi should receive different treatment, especially since Kylie Jenner’s relationship with Timothée Chalamet has reportedly been referenced on multiple occasions. The insider claimed, “She’s very into Jacob and doesn’t want her mom ruining it.”

The latest report follows earlier claims that Kendall and Elordi have grown closer than either of them expected. A previous insider claimed the “Frankenstein” actor was fully committed to the relationship. “Jacob is incredibly charming, and he’s very zeroed in on Kendall. He’s been pouring all his attention on her, and it’s intoxicating.”

The insider also claimed Kendall initially planned to take things slowly because she knew about Elordi’s reputation. They said, “Kendall vowed she’d stay grounded because she’s well aware of Jacob’s heartbreaker reputation. But it’s gotten a lot more intense than she was expecting.”
