Bottled water distribution stations were set up to help people affected by the outage
Most customers affected by a water outage have had their supplies restored, a water firm has said.
Water supplies were disrupted in Buckfastleigh, Kingsbridge, Paignton and Totnes, in Devon. Some locations first reported issues on Thursday.
On Saturday, South West Water said the supply issues were caused by air pockets in the network.
On Sunday, it said the "vast majority" of affected customers were connected again.

It said: "A small number of customers may still be experiencing low pressure or a temporary loss of supply, but this is normal following this type of situation due to trapped air in the pipes.
"We'd like to reassure our customers that this is only temporary and does not affect water quality.
"We will continue to keep customers ."
During the disruption, South West Water opened bottled water stations and said it distributed supplies to vulnerable customers.
