Benito Skinner and Owen Thiele tapped into their sexy sides for Halloween this year.

The Overcompensating costars shared a joint Instagram post on Oct. 23 dressed as PinkPantheress and Zara Larsson for their remixed duet “Stateside.”

Both actors wore tiny white airbrushed shirts reading “Stateside” and even tinier plaid skirts. Skinner, 32, rocked a multicolor plaid miniskirt with a scandalous slit, capping off the look with a long blond wig, pink hoop earrings, a blue plaid headband and vibrant makeup.

Thiele, 29, wore a tiny red plaid skirt with feather trim and a matching red plaid layer under his tank top. He completed his look with a long blond wig of his own with a red flower in it. The two even wore jewelry and fake nails to really emulate PinkPantheress, 25, and Larsson, 28.

In the caption of the post, the two wrote, “summer isn’t over yet… in your ~nightmares~ halloween special out now !!”

The costumes were part of the latest episode of Thiele’s podcast In Your Dreams, with the new episode dropping at the same time as the Instagram reveal. In the episode, the best friends opened the show wearing bedazzled shirts that Thiele says Skinner made: black T-shirts reading “In Your Nightmares.”

Skinner and Thiele also shared a number of other photos and videos across social media, including a TikTok set to one of PinkPantheress’ viral sounds on her song “Illegal.” Larsson commented on the video, writing, “Twiiiiiin!!!!”

PinkPantheress, whose real name is Victoria Walker, commented on the pair’s Instagram, writing, “That night at chateau Owen….🤭”

Skinner and Thiele costar in Overcompensating, the Prime Video show created by Skinner and also starring Mary Beth Barone and Wally Baram. Season 2 is slated to premiere on Prime Video later in 2026, and viewers can expect the new season to be just as raw and unfiltered as the college comedy was in season 1.

“We’re not censored in season 2 at all. I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe my parents will see it,’” he previously told PEOPLE. “It is what it is, I chose this life.”

In another interview with PEOPLE, Skinner revealed that he worked “so hard” on the scripts for the second season and felt proud of what he’d produced.

“What we’ve done so far feels even more of exactly what I wanted to make. Everything feels really warmed up and everyone is just so funny and sharp.”
