Paris Hilton iced herself in crystals from head to toe while making an appearance at the 2026 VMAs on September 27.
The hotel heiress debuted a bold hair transformation as she paid tribute to her 21st birthday outfit.

Paris Hilton reimagined one of her most iconic looks yet as she made a sparkling appearance at the 2026 VMAs on September 27. While posing with her sister Nicky Hilton Rothschild on the red carpet, the hotel heiress had fans feeling déjà vu with a bold hair transformation and a crystal-encrusted outfit from head to toe.

Hilton lit up the Peacock Theater in a tiny rhinestone-bedazzled minidress, which paid tribute to the 21st birthday dress that she memorably wore back in 2002. The reality star brought back elements of the 24-year-old outfit, including ditching her XXL signature platinum blonde hair for a blunt bob that framed a statement crystal-embellished choker that covered her entire throat in multi-watt jewels.

Hilton’s shimmering cowl-neck minidress was reimagined with ‘80s-inspired padded shoulders, a bold keyhole chest cutout and revealing hips cutouts that stretched down to her lower midriff. As she turned to the side, the socialite showed off hip-baring slits and a completely backless design.

True to form, Hilton upped the ante on her latest red carpet appearance by encrusting her limbs in rhinestones. The Simple Life alum wore sheer mesh opera gloves that were iced out with crystals as well as a pair of towering gladiator-inspired thigh-high boots. The sparkling pointed-toe design was fastened at the front and covered in large cutouts, subtly baring some major skin. Holding a pair of futuristic silver sunglasses in one hand, Hilton finished off her look with a matte mauve smoky eyeshadow, sculpted cheekbones, and a rose pink lipstick.
Hilton made fashion history back in February 2002 when she stepped out to celebrate her 21st birthday at the Stork Rooms in London. Since then, the Y2K style icon has paid tribute to the legendary Noughties look, which was characterized by a plunging glittering cowl neck minidress with a bold side and back-baring design. At the time, Hilton finished off her look with a pair of strappy baby pink stiletto sandals, a pink boxy purse, and a sparkling crown atop her icy blonde bob.
