The reality TV star made the conscious decision to keep her pregnancy a secret for a while, telling PEOPLE she wanted to "protect" her little one.

The soon-to-be mom of four has been soaking in every moment of her pregnancy so far. While she tells PEOPLE she's typically on a strict diet and workout routine, Sukihana, who describes this moment as the "softest season of my life," explains that she's been letting herself relinquish control and give in to her sweet tooth.
"Before I got pregnant, I [was] very disciplined, and I wouldn't even eat anything besides within my meal prep. So now I eat a lot of different foods, and I'm not so hard on myself," she says, noting that her pregnancy has given her a love for different desserts. "I understand that I'm feeding another human. So I'm actually enjoying not having a diet. I'm so happy with that."
"I can eat now," she jokingly adds.
While Sukihana doesn't know the sex of her baby on the way, she tells PEOPLE that she will be finding out soon. Regardless of the sex, Sukihana says the only thing that matters to her is "having a heathy baby."

For Sukihana, her pregnancy marks a new era in her life. The doting mom tells PEOPLE that she believes her fourth baby is "changing me for the better."
"I feel like it is also a rebirth for me," she says, referring to this new era in her life and career. "I'm so happy that I'm healthy and I'm birthing a healthy baby."
The artist tells PEOPLE that she wants her journey to serve as an example that women, especially young girls and new mothers, can do whatever they put their minds to. By balancing her life as a mom and her career as a rapper, Sukihana believes she's living proof that women can "still have a career and we can still love a child."
"I want people to dig within themselves and know that they have the strength and they have the love in them to love a baby unconditionally and feel perfectly happy," she says. "God made us supernatural. He made women strong."
"I just want to give people that courage because [there's] a lot going on," she adds. "If that's what you want to do, you are able to do it and [do] not to let anybody, any money, any fame, any career, any boyfriend, any friend, [or] any boss tell you that you're wrong for something that God blessed you with."
Above all else, Sukihana tells PEOPLE she's just excited for all of the new experiences that will come with her baby and how the journey will change her as a mother.
"I'm excited to just travel with my baby and just become a better woman and mother for this child," she tells PEOPLE. "That's really what I care about."
