Salma Hayek went skinny dipping to celebrate her 60th birthday. On September 7, the actress went completely nude in two new Instagram photos.

“60 and grateful,” Hayek, whose birthday is September 2, wrote. She embraced her grays as she swam naked in the ocean, showing off her dark, waist-length waves tinged with silver.

Last month, Hayek rocked a lob in stills from her upcoming film, Without Blood, which is directed by Angelina Jolie.

In photos obtained by People, Hayek sports a retro-inspired, clavicle-length style complete with finger waves. She styled the hairdo with a beige coat, a black dress, and a three-strand pearl necklace, as well as a top handle purse.

The last time that Hayek stepped out with hair this short was in April 2023, when she and her husband François-Henri Pinault attended a party hosted by Gucci in New York City.

For that occasion, she wore a curly bob that barely grazed her shoulders, pairing it with a gold sequined skirt suit featuring black lace trim and decorative zippers. Hayek accessorized with some suede peep-toe platform heels and a monogrammed handbag.

Hayek and Pinault, the former chief executive officer of Kering, tied the knot in 2009 and share a 17-year-old daughter named Valentina.

After premiering at the Toronto Film Festival in 2024, Without Blood is set to hit theaters on September 18. Based on Alessandro Baricco’s book of the same name, Jolie, 51, told People why she was drawn to the project.

“It examines universal truths about conflict, memory and what it is to be human,” she said of Baricco’s novel. “I chose to stay very true to it. My approach was to shape and edit more than to write.”
