Multiple shots were fired at Rihanna's Beverly Hills home on Sunday, but the musician is unharmed.

A representative for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that a number of shots were fired from a car toward the "Diamonds" musician's home on the 9500 block of Heather Rd. in the Beverly Crest section of the wealthy Los Angeles enclave.

The incident occurred around 1:20 p.m., LAPD said. The shots were fired toward the gate of Rihanna's home before the suspect was taken into custody. Neither the musician nor anyone at the residence was harmed, the LAPD rep confirmed.

Rihanna was home at the time, and the suspect taken into custody is a 30-year-old woman, the Los Angeles Times reported. The suspect shot seven to nine rounds from an AR-15-style semi-automatic rifle, NBC4 Los Angeles reported.

Rihanna bought the $13.8 million mansion in 2021. The five bedroom, seven bathroom estate stands at 7,600 square feet in the same neighborhood as homes belonging to the likes of Mariah Carey and Madonna.

The singer's longtime partner A$AP Rocky, the father to their three children, sold his nearby home in 2025. It isn't clear if Rocky was at the Heather Rd. residence at the time of the shooting.

EW has reached out to representatives for Rihanna.
