Great Britain and Ireland completed a stunning comeback to win the Walker Cup for the first time since 2015, after initially being steamrolled 4-0 by Team USA during Sunday's morning foursomes.
Team USA held a strong lead over Great Britain and Ireland, but Sunday's brutal conditions at Lahinch made for an unpredictable finish. After a major controversy between Team USA and GB&I on Saturday, more drama followed as the Walker Cup went right down to the wire.

The Walker Cup is a biennial golf match-play competition between elite male amateur golfers, and Team USA was looking to claim back some national pride with a victory after losing the Ryder Cup. However, Josh Hill made a stunning up-and-down from the sand at the 18th hole to beat Tyler Watts and seal a memorable win for GB&I.
