Trump Swipes at ‘Jerk’ Robert De Niro With AI Meme in Bizarre Truth Social Spree

It might be Labor Day Weekend, but President Donald Trump is not taking a break from bashing one of his longtime foes: Robert De Niro.

The president made fun of the Hollywood legend on Sunday by posting an AI picture on Truth Social, showing the Casino star holding up a red shirt declaring “Trump Is My President.”

De Niro does not look too happy about it in the fake picture — in fact, he looks pretty grumpy — but Trump said the T-shirt proved otherwise.

“Even this jerk is beginning to get it!” Trump captioned the post.

If this sounds familiar, it’s because Trump posted a wacky AI video two months ago portraying himself as a doctor and curing MAGA-hating celebrities like De Niro, Rosie O’Donnell, and Whoopi Goldberg of “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

Still, the Trump-De Niro jabs have been thrown both ways.De Niro recently ripped Trump for his crackdown on illegal immigration and his “stupid and inhumane wars” — sins which the actor said made it impossible for him to be proud to be an American right now.

“Our country isn’t so lovable right now,” De Niro said at a June protest.. “I hate to say it, but loving our country is starting to sound like an abused spouse saying they love their abuser.”

He added a moment later, “I can’t love a country that’s led by a racist, misogynist, xenophobic tyrant. And let me just say it, I can’t love the country that’s led by Donald Trump.”

Another standout moment in their feud happened last October, when De Niro branded Trump senior adviser Stephen Miller a “Nazi” during an appearance on MS NOW.

“I guess he’s the Goebbels of the cabinet, Stephen Miller. He’s a Nazi,” De Niro fumed. “Yes, he is, and he’s Jewish, and he should be ashamed of himself!”

Trump’s post about De Niro on Sunday came amid a flurry of AI pictures which included him floating the idea of changing the name of New Mexico to “New America” and riding on horseback alongside George Washington.
