A TV chef has been arrested on suspicion of rape and sexual assault, The Telegraph can reveal.
The chef was detained last month at his home following a complaint to police.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of rape, sexual assault and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.
He was taken into custody and questioned for several hours at a central London police station before being released on bail.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said a woman was being supported by specially trained officers while the investigation into the complaint continued.
The woman is understood to have gone to police last month following an alleged incident in London in January.
The man, who has appeared on a number of programmes, was arrested on April 11.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “A man was arrested on suspicion of rape, sexual assault and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent on Saturday, 11 April.
“This relates to sexual offences which reportedly occurred at an address in January. A female victim is being supported by specially trained officers. The man has been released on bail as enquiries continue.”
